At every step of the process, she was there to help with very sound advice, spot-on price negotiation, plus even physical labor - super-welcome when we were especially tired. She asked questions of the mortgage company, our house buyer's realtor and our house builder that we hadn't thought about, and which resulted in money savings and reduced stress.
